Tiered Compensation Model
Base Tier
- 60% Therapist / 40% Clinic
- 0–44 massages per month
Growth Tier
- 65% Therapist / 35% Clinic
- 45–69 massages per month
Partner Tier
- 70% Therapist / 30% Clinic
- 70+ massages per month
